Have you found you, “fell off the wagon”, the past couple months? I hate to say it, but summer is almost over. Don’t worry though, we got you!
Starting September 3rd, we will be running a 30-day challenge geared towards members and non-members to help you get back on the wagon and prepare for the holiday, because guess what? The holiday’s will be here before you know it!
The challenge will run through October 2nd. The deadline to sign up is Friday, August 25th. We are holding a challenge seminar Wednesday, August 21st at 6:00pm and Saturday, August 25th at 10:00am. During the seminar our nutrition coach will go over all of the details on the challenge for interested members. Individual assessments will begin August 26th to September 3rd.
This is a goal-oriented challenge. Participants will sit down with our nutrition coach to establish a goal to reach at the conclusion of the 30 days. Depending on the individual, the goal will be weight based and/or performance based (can have up to two goals).
Current members of CrossFit926 will have the opportunity to bet $25 on them reaching their goal and meeting all of the requirements, while non-members will have the opportunity for a 25% discount on their first month’s membership after the challenge is over.
The best part about a challenge, is getting to celebrate your success!! We will have a Lifestyle Challenge celebration party to announce the winners after the conclusion of the challenge. We will also be raffling off prizes to all participants.

Requirements to win the bet:
Log food every day using MyFitnessPal
Complete 4 workouts per week (Must be a minimum of 45 minutes in duration if completed outside of CrossFit926 )
Hit 10,000 steps 6 days per week (track using FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin, etc)
