CrossFit is defined as a strength and conditioning program that includes constantly varied functional movements that are performed at high intensity. Workouts are centered around functional movements that reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. CrossFit delivers a program that is broad, general, and inclusive. One of the foundations that CrossFit was built upon is the ability to "Not Specialize" meaning that an athlete is not good at just one thing, they are well rounded and prepared for anything. This means that we are training individuals to be prepared for the unknown and unknowable.
