Join SweatNET, DropSound, Kayla Frank and Athleta for a 2 mile mindful hike up Crowder's Mountain via the Pinnacle Trail. You can access this trail from the Sparrow Springs Access Area and we'll begin our ascent. Once you reach the summit, take it all in with a 20 minute DropSound meditation led by Kayla Frank. You'll leave feeling peaceful, accomplished and refreshed. A hike suitable for all ages and even your furry friends! Opt to continue your hike, head back to your car, or stick around to soak up the Crowder's Mountain summit - The choice is yours!

General timeline: 10:00 - greeting and mini breath work circle to tap into our surroundings and intention. 10:10 - Begin Pinnacle Trail hike 10:45 - Top of Crowders (Photos, Sights, snack) 11:00 - DropSound group meditation 11:20 - Stay, hike more or head down the mountain
