Come join Sweatnet Charlotte and OM Yoga's Allyson Rooney for an hour of relaxing yoga. Flow through postures slowly and mindfully as you unite breath with movement. This class will help you release tightness, gain strength and balance in the body and focus the mind. Modifications offered to challenge your edge or slow it down.
You’ll be wearing your own noise isolating DropSound headphones and will be able to fully relax and enjoy your yoga flow.
Students of all levels are welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary.
