Take 3 hours to dive into the benefits of Savasana, learn why a ‘mini-Savasana’ during a stressful day can help you (even without your yoga mat!), and bonus, everyone gets a Savasanaassist! (It’s like you won the yoga-lottery.) Expect some partner work in this section.
Plan to practice a bit, discuss and learn a bit, and Savasana a lot. We’ll practice a few different kinds of Savasana (yep, you can choose a different purpose in your yoga-rest time) and seek the balance of Highly Relaxed, yet Deeply Aware of your relaxed state.
