Participants will first do a TRX/Strength workout followed by a hands on meal prep where each participant will leave with 5 prepped quinoa bowls for the week!
Meal prepping is a great way to ensure you are staying on track with diet & exercise for any busy lifestyle! It's also a great time saver so you can focus on the things you really want to do!
