Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites or ⅔ liquid egg whites
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • Grease skillet and bring to medium heat
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture onto heated skillet in preferred sized circles.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes before flipping. Leave on heat until firm.
  • Top with cinnamon, berries, or syrup of choice
