  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 tsp agave or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
